Due to the nature of the product we accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or has a missing part. If you receive a defective or missing item, please contact us at contact@bezykids.com. with details of the product within 7 days. We will initiate a return pick up for the respective product.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
There might be cases where due to pin code non serviceability, the service is not available for the pickup of the parcel- in those cases, and the customer is expected to send the parcel back on the mentioned address.
